Residents picnic, play horseshoes, use the boat launch and attend public or private events in the 100-seat building. The Pat Patterson Lions Club Park in Kingsland is much smaller than the community park, however, it is the ideal place to swim in the lake. Lakefront properties with scenic views command a higher than average price.
